Robert Alexander McWilliam, Ph.D., joined the VUMC faculty in October as professor of Pediatrics and director of the division of Child Development.
McWilliam earned a master’s degree from Appalachian State University in 1987 and his Ph.D. degree from the University of North Carolina in 1992.
McWilliam is dedicated to improving the efficiency of clinical operations, reducing patient waiting lists, allowing more patients to be seen daily, and getting more involved in follow-up and interventions for children and families at the Child Development Center.
