Jack Starmer, M.D.
Jack Starmer, M.D., recently joined the faculty of Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an assistant professor of Biomedical Informatics.
Previously, he was senior application designer for ProVation Medical Inc. in Minneapolis. Starmer received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C.
He trained in Internal Medicine and was a Clinical Fellow in Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt.
Starmer’s research focus is on evidence-based medicine at the point of care and human-computer interaction.
