Patients and former patients of the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt strutted along the catwalk with models during Monday’s Annual Spring Fashion Show and Luncheon presented by the Williamson County Friends of Children's Hospital. The event, which raises funds for Children's Hospital, was held at the Marriott Cool Springs.
