As part of entertainment for the School of Medicine’s Parents’ Weekend Jan. 10-11, medical school student Haritha Bodduluri performs Kuchipudi, a classical Indian dance honoring the Hindu God, Krishna. The dance called for Bodduluri to dance upon the rim of a brass plate while balancing a vessel of water on her head.
