The Alliance of Cultural Diversity in Research is hosting an International Foods Cook-off Friday, Nov. 3, to support The Vine Group — a non profit organization that provides educational resources to universities in Sub-Saharan African countries.
Participants will bring dishes, and tasters can eat and vote on the best ones at the event, which will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Light Hall atrium. A wide variety of prizes will be awarded in eight categories of food.
