Health professions fair set for April 1
The fourth annual Health Professions Graduate School Fair will be held from 2-6 p.m., Thursday, April 1, in the ballrooms of the Vanderbilt University Student Life Center.
More than 50 institutions representing 82 programs across the United States will participate in the fair.
They will include medical (both allopathic and osteopathic), dental, pharmacy, public health, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and other health professions.
Robert Baum, M.D., director of the Health Professions Advisory Office, said the fair is not just for Vanderbilt undergraduates. It's for “everyone in the community interested in continuing education in the health professions.”
He also said the fair is a great opportunity to interact and talk with recruiters from a variety of programs.
