“Hey Florence!” a hit

“Hey Florence!” — a musical starring active-duty Vanderbilt University Medical Center nurses — debuted last week to standing ovations.

The 60-minute show, which ran Sept. 10-12, featured vignettes and songs giving an inside look at the day-to-day life of nurses at VUMC.

It was directed by Australian playwright Craig Christie and produced by the Office of Cultural Enrichment.
