Holiday cards and tags designed by patients at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital are ready for order. Money from the sale of the cards and “classic” tags is used to fund special projects and programs at VCH.
This year’s patient artists include Katie Darnell, 17, Princeton, Ky.; Christopher Cook, 4, Livingston, Tenn.; Danny Pedro, 10, Seymore, Tenn.; and Timberly Norris, 10, Monterey, Tenn.
There are four card designs, sold in packages of 20 cards for $10 per package. Christmas and Hanukkah gift tags are available in packages of six for $1 per package. Corporate cards are also available and are a great way to show your clients that you support VCH.
Also available by special order are decorative tins with an assortment of gourmet pecans. Each tin features a label designed by patient artist Leigh Allyn Tucker, 14, Old Hickory, Tenn. The 1- to 4-pound tins are priced at $20, $30 and $50. They can be mailed directly to you or anyone on your gift list (great for business clients and associates).
Cards and tags are on sale at Border’s Bookstore on West End, Davis Kidd Bookstore, Harris Teeter (Hwy. 100), St. Mary’s Bookstore, Belle Meade Drugs (tags only), Sassafras Shop, Lee’s Apothecary (Brentwood), Helen’s Children’s Shop, Vanderbilt Rand Bookstore, Vanderbilt Medical Center Gift Shop and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital Development Office.
