Hurricane Katrina relief efforts continue

The Middle Tennessee Medical Reserve Corps, housed at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, continues to accept medical supply donations at Municipal Auditorium and is scheduling medical volunteers at the Crievewood Baptist Church Red Cross Shelter.

Vine Hill Community Clinic, operated by VUSN, continues to offer special clinic hours for Katrina victims in need of care on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5-8 p.m. For more information on this program, call 292-9770.

The Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center continues to open its doors to displaced cancer patients from Hurricane Katrina, and is currently caring for several patients from the region. For more information, call (800) 811-8480.
