Thomas Hazinski, M.D.
A special celebration honoring the life and legacy of Thomas Hazinski, M.D., will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, March 13, at Benton Chapel.
Hazinski died in January at age 57 from sudden cardiac arrest. He was professor of Pediatrics and Medical Education and Administration, associate dean for Faculty Affairs, associate chair of Pediatrics and director of the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Fran Hazinski, M.S.N., R.N., and son, Michael.
A reception will follow the memorial service.
