Free tickets for Clinic Bowl

The Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce is offering two free tickets to all Vanderbilt and VUMC employees for the Clinic Bowl games. The TSSAA High School Championship games are set for Saturday, Nov. 23 at Vanderbilt’s Dudley Field at 3 p.m. (Division A) and 7 p.m. (Division AA).

Faculty and staff must present an employee ID at the main gates at Jess Neely and Natchez Trace for the complimentary tickets.

People Finder updated

The new online directory of Vanderbilt University now features more contact information. The Web site, available by clicking on the “People Finder” link on the University’s main homepage, offers detailed contact information, which can include pagers, wireless phone numbers and URL’s for all Vanderbilt faculty and staff. Student information is also available online.

Faculty, staff, and students can access and update their contact information by logging in with their VUnet ID and e-password and clicking on “Personal Updates.”

Operation Pumpkin is Saturday at Cool Springs Galleria

Operation Pumpkin will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Cool Springs Galleria from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For a $25 donation to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, you can choose a pumpkin and have a Vanderbilt physician carve it for you.

In addition, there will be activities for kids. Mix 92.9 will be broadcasting live from the event. For more information, contact the VCH Development office at 322-7450.
