Nominations are being accepted for the following 2007 Research Staff Awards:
• Edward E. Price Jr. Award for excellence in conducting Basic Research.
• Vivien Thomas Award for excellence in conducting Clinical Research.
• Contributing to Multi-investigator Teams.
Those eligible are: research assistant I, II and III; senior research specialist; or any person who provides exemplary research support. Faculty members, research fellows, post-doctoral and graduate students are not eligible.

Nominations are due Aug. 24 and should include a nominating letter from a faculty member and the candidate's curriculum vitae or resume. If applicable, include any references for publications representing the candidate's most significant work.
Please indicate the award category for which the individual is being nominated. Six hard copies of applications should be delivered to Hutchison at CCC-3322 Medical Center North.
Awards will be announced Oct. 17.
