Vicki Jones, RN, BSN, has been appointed manager of 6 North and 6 South. She has fulfilled this role as an Interim Manager over the past several months.
Jones received her BSN degree from Harding University in Searcy, Ark., and worked as a staff nurse in adults and pediatrics. She joined Children’s Hospital in 1996 as a staff nurse on the Adolescent Unit.
Jackie Johnson, RN, has also been appointed to the position of manager of the Pediatric Critical Care Unit.
Johnson has served as the Interim Manager of the PCCU since September 2001. Prior to this position Johnson worked as an Assistant Manager from 1997 to 2001 and staff nurse in the PCCU since 1997, making significant contributions to the PCCU’s growth and development over the years. Her clinical expertise and leadership skills have been key in the support and development of the PCCU Nurse Internship Program and other major initiatives within Children’s Hospital. Johnson is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt.
