Sharon Lewis, commissioner of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration on Developmental Disabilities, visited the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center recently and met with students and trainees in the Next Steps program, which provides post-secondary education for young adults with intellectual disabilities.
