Yolanda Perez accepts her diploma from Gordon Bernard, M.D., at the recent graduation ceremony for the Vanderbilt Program in Research Administration Development (VPRAD). The Vanderbilt-created development program gives research professionals the fundamental knowledge, skills and experience crucial to job performance.
