The Vanderbilt Kennedy Center recently hosted 16 children with autism for SENSE Theatre, a theatrical intervention research program created by Blythe Corbett, Ph.D., assistant professor of Psychiatry. Corbett is using theater to study the social and emotional functioning of children with autism. The two-week camp concluded with two public performances of an original play written by Corbett.
