Taylor Swift, left, spent Christmas Eve at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, making the holidays a little brighter for patients and families. Swift sang several of her hits, signed autographs, posed for pictures and visited the rooms of patients who couldn't make it to the theater for the concert.
