Race to benefit cancer research

Vanderbilt will join other local universities in the Relay For Life of Collegiate Nashville, to be held from 7 p.m., April 28, to 7 a.m., April 29, at the Vanderbilt track next to the Student Recreation Center.

Teams will camp out and take turns walking or running the track throughout the night.

Organizers are seeking teams of 10 to 15 people to join in the effort to raise money for cancer research, education, advocacy and service.
