Vanderbilt Medical Center's staff Safety Fair LIVE will be held today and Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 6 and 7, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the Learning Center in Medical Center North's round wing.
This fall, Safety Fair LIVE moves to three days only, as fewer staff have attended the event over the past few years, instead completing their annual requirements online.
New features this year include the availability of trainers to assist those seeking to learn how to complete requirements online, and the introduction of an ID badge swipe system that creates an electronic completion record for each training module.
Also, Occupational Health's Flu Tent will be at Eskind Biomedical Library during Safety Fair LIVE and will also provide annual TB skin tests and any other required immunizations.
