The next Vanderbilt Medical Center Safety Fair is scheduled for Feb. 13, 16 and 17 in the Learning Center on the second floor of the Round Wing of Medical Center North. Hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
The fair gives employees a chance to update compliance with all requirements in advance of annual performance evaluations in April.
The Vanderbilt Performance Evaluation System will automatically check to be sure that participants are up to date with Occupational Health Center requirements, including vaccines and TB testing.
Supervisors can check their department's “up to date” status in MyVandy by selecting the “Record of Compliance in OHC.”
Individuals can check their status by calling 936-0955 or coming to the Safety Fair.
