The next Safety Fair is scheduled for Sept. 25, 28 and 29 in the Learning Center on the second floor of the Round Wing of Medical Center North. Hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Universal training stations (fire safety, infection control, etc.) will operate one day only, Sept. 28. Clinical training stations will operate all three days. Compulsory employee TB skin testing will also be provided all three days.
The fair lets employees complete several of the annual training requirements upon which continued accreditation of the Medical Center depends. The deadline for employee compliance is April 2010.
