Two training and informational sessions for staff and faculty interested in the new social media policy, which was approved last month, will be held Jan. 20 at 2:30 p.m. and Jan. 29 at 12:30 p.m. in 208 Light Hall.
The social media policy, the Medical Center's first, covers institutional use of tools such as blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and You Tube, and outlines an approval process for departments considering using such tools.
