Vanderbilt University's Spring Faculty Assembly will be held Thursday, April 7 at 4 p.m. in the new Student Life Center on the corner of 25th Ave. So. And Kirkland Place.
The meeting serves to update all Vanderbilt faculty and to present faculty awards.
Awards include: The Harvie Branscomb Distinguished Professor Award; The Madison Sarratt Prize for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching; The Ellen Gregg Ingalls Award for Excellence in Classroom Teaching; The Alexander Heard Distinguished Service Professor Award; and The Joe B. Wyatt Distinguished University Professor Award.
A reception is set to follow the assembly.
