In 2003, 66 percent of Vanderbilt full time faculty and staff evaluated their current health status, determined individual health risks, and decided where and how to make improvements by completing a Health Risk Assessment.
Full-time, benefits-eligible faculty or staff can earn $10 per month in 2005 (Bronze Level) by completing the annual Health Risk Assessment in 2004. The HRA must be completed each year to be eligible.
Those who complete additional requirements can now earn $15 a month in 2005 (Silver Level) by completing the HRA and participating in five or more Wellness Categories in 2004. This began in early May.
