Gov. Don Sundquist visited VUMC recently to look in on the Tennessee Governor's School for Health Sciences. Lindsey Gosma (left), Kingsport, and Todne Thomas, Knoxville, were among the 20 talented high school students from across the state to take part in the program, which offered exposure to a wide variety of health and science topics. VUMC was one of nine such 'schools.'
