The 23rd annual Children's Miracle Network Telethon, which raises funds for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt as well as a host of other institutions, takes place this weekend. The CMN Telethon broadcasts live from Children's Hospital, and will contain features on faculty, staff, patients and families. WTVF-Channel 5 will broadcast the telethon from 10:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4 to 12:30 a.m. Sunday, June 5 and on Sunday, June 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In this photo, from last year’s telethon, volunteers applaud the fundraising effort.
