The Rev. Peggy Way, Ph.D., a former faculty member in the Vanderbilt Divinity School, will speak on “What's New is Old: The Medical Center as Medieval Cathedral” at noon, Nov. 16, in 208 Light Hall.
Way is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and the author of “Created by God: Pastoral Care for All God's People.” She is Allen and Cornelia Wehrli Professor of Pastoral Theology at Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves, Mo.
Way's lecture is sponsored by VUMC's Department of Pastoral Care. Lunch will be provided for the first 75 attendees.
