Vanderbilt partners with the Bone & Joint Clinic in Franklin
The Bone & Joint Clinic in Franklin is joining with the Vanderbilt Department of Orthopaedics to become Vanderbilt Bone & Joint.
This partnership will significantly expand the ability of the combined entity to serve patients and further enhance the quality care that both The Bone & Joint Clinic and Vanderbilt are known to deliver. It will become an important component of the Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Institute.
“After more than 30 years of service to Williamson County, The Bone and Joint Clinic is proud to announce our new association with Vanderbilt. We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship that will allow us to continue our commitment to innovative excellence in orthopedics,” said Craig Ferrell, M.D., professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery.
Founded in 1979, the Bone & Joint Clinic has been serving patients in Williamson County for 30 years. It has a staff of 12 physicians and surgeons who care for orthopaedic problems in a range of specialties including: spine, sports medicine, total joint replacement, hand and upper extremity, pediatrics, trauma, foot and ankle and osteoporosis.

Vanderbilt Bone & Joint will continue to operate its clinic and ambulatory surgery center from the same convenient location at 206 Bedford Way in Franklin, Tenn.
Bringing the area’s top orthopaedic specialists together will expand services to patients, providing increased access to the latest, groundbreaking procedures and treatments. The partnership will also expand the breadth of Vanderbilt’s sub-specialty areas.
