After years of lobbying, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital has succeeded in passing legislation to allow the hospital to offer specialty license plates. In order for the bill to be approved, VCH must pre-sell a minimum of 1,000 plates at $35 a plate (in addition to the annual license plate cost for each county).

Approximately 50 percent of the proceeds from the license plate sales will benefit VCH. The plates will allow VCH faculty, staff and friends to show their support for the hospital

Because the sales of the plates will benefit the hospital, the VCH Development Office is hoping that even more people will register.

For more information or to order a license tag, contact Jennifer Sutton at 322-7450 or via e-mail, jennifer.sutton@vanderbilt.edu.

The plate design will be unveiled in the next few weeks.
