Vanderbilt Announces Opening of New Primary Clinic in Spring Hill

Vanderbilt Medical Group-Spring Hill is pleased to announce the opening of its new Primary Care Practice, located at 3098 Campbell Station Pkwy. in Spring Hill, Tenn, on Monday, March 20.

The new facility is accepting patients of all ages, and will have the capability to perform X-rays and minor acute medical procedures.

Philip Harrelson, M.D., instructor in Clinical Medicine, specializing in Family Practice Medicine, will open the new facility.

Most recently, Harrelson worked in Family Medicine in a private practice in his hometown of

Sandersville,

Ga. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the

American

Academy of Family Physicians.

Harrelson’s wife, Elizabeth Harrelson, M.D, is an incoming Neonatologist at the Monroe Carell Jr. Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in

Nashville.

Michael Carter joins the Spring Hill Primary Care Practice as clinic manager and brings over 22 years of health care experience to the position.

The Primary Care Practice clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Same day appointments are available.
