Vanderbilt Heart Lebanon will host an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, March 26, at 4 p.m.
The clinic, which opened in February, is located at 1420 W. Baddour Pkwy., across the street from University Medical Center.
Sue Vanatta, president and CEO of the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, will lead a ribbon cutting ceremony. Vanderbilt cardiologist David Hansen, M.D., who is the medical director of the clinic, will be on hand to answer questions. Hansen brings more than 20 years of experience as a Vanderbilt cardiologist to the Lebanon community.
“Vanderbilt Heart Lebanon is dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art care for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease,” Hansen said. “This practice brings a comprehensive, yet individualized, approach to care to the residents of Lebanon.”
Vanderbilt Heart Lebanon takes advantage of the latest advances in cardiac care and clinical therapies to accurately diagnose and manage heart disease. Diagnostic options include stress tests, electrocardiograms, nuclear imaging, radiographic tests and ultrasound. Treatment can include recommendations for lifestyle modifications, medications and various non surgical and surgical procedures.
“Because our Lebanon practice is part of the most comprehensive heart program in the area, the patients who come through our doors can expect to receive the same innovative and high quality treatments for heart disease that we offer in Nashville,” Hansen said.
