More than 650 cancer survivors, family members and cancer health care providers attended Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center’s Cancer Survivorship Celebration earlier this month during a special evening dinner and concert at the Loveless Barn in Nashville. This year’s event, co-sponsored by Gilda’s Club Nashville, was held to mark the 20-year anniversary of the Cancer Center’s formation. Entertainment was provided by country music singer and songwriter Wade Hayes, a colon cancer survivor who shared his cancer story during the special performance.
