VUMC Emergency Preparedness is conducting a surge space tent deployment exercise May 20 in the valet area outside The Vanderbilt Clinic.
What: Emergency Preparedness – Surge space tent deployment exercise
When: May 20, 8 a.m. to noon
Where: TVC valet area.
Why: In the event a surge space is needed, the Medical Center maintains a HDT Base X Tent. Once a year, this joint exercise between Emergency Operation and Facilities Management is held to practice the tent deployment.
