Vanderbilt Credit Union (VCU) is marking 6 months of service at its newest branch in Vanderbilt University Hospital. Located in VUH suite 1107 off the first floor lobby, the branch provides financial services directly to VUMC staff, faculty, students, and their families.
The team of branch manager Dawn Burr and member service representative Judy Arntz has created a welcoming environment that prioritizes members’ needs.
“We’re here to make life easier for VUMC health care professionals,” Burr said. “From loan options to free notary services, we offer support tailored to our members.”
Credit Union leaders note that returning to the VUMC campus is very important and reflects VCU’s commitment to accessibility, convenience, and the financial well-being of the VUMC community.
The VUH branch provides a full range of services, including free checking, savings, money markets, CDs, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), new and used auto loans, new and refinanced mortgages, and debt consolidation loans.
Additionally, members can refinance any existing loans at a lower rate.
