The MyHealth Bundles program is expanding to two new locations. VUMC health plan members can now access the MyMaternityHealth and MyOrthoHealth bundles at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital in Tullahoma and the MyWeightLossHealth-Surgical Weight Loss bundle at Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital in Shelbyville. MyHealth Bundles feature a patient navigator and coordinated care at low to no out-of-pocket costs.
Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital now offers the following MyHealth Bundles:
- MyMaternityHealth: This bundle combines all the services an expectant mother needs for the entire length of their pregnancy, from the first prenatal care visit to 90 days after delivery. The enhanced care experience is available to you and your covered spouse through the VUMC health plan.
- MyOrthoHealth: These three bundles cover hip and knee osteoarthritis treatment, hip and knee replacement procedures, and shoulder pain treatment for successful results and a faster return to work.
Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital now offers the following MyHealth Bundle:
- MyWeightLossHealth-Surgical Weight Loss: This bundle provides patients with a streamlined and personalized approach to weight loss surgery, a solution that can significantly improve quality of life. Patients who choose the surgical weight loss bundle may receive their surgery and all supporting services at Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital.
How does the program work?
The program covers some of the most common and costly health procedures, such as maternity care and knee surgery. Our bundles include all necessary care services, such as imaging, labs, doctor visits, hospital stays and even related ER visits, exclusively through Vanderbilt Health providers.
