Today’s Dog of the Day is Izzie Brooke, a 3-year-old Shih Tzu, submitted by Sharon Bastin of the Vanderbilt Weight Loss clinic in Spring Hill.
Today’s Cat of the Day is Celeste, submitted by Jensine Russell of Nursing Excellence. “Celeste is a 4-month-old kitten from Nashville Cat Rescue who loves every kind of cat toy, especially the crinkly ones!”
Pets of the Day — what you need to know
The Vanderbilt University Medical Center Pets of the Day are included in regular editions of the MyVUMC News newsletter, which is posted twice a week by VUMC News and Communications.
The pets are selected from the hundreds of entries sent to the VUMC Voice Pet Photo Contest.
