VUMC will switch to a new internal marketplace platform on May 30. GHX Marketplace is replacing ePlus as the Workday platform used to connect to supplier websites.
The experience for the end user will be very similar, although users may notice different branding at the site.
Employees will still be able to order the same items with the same suppliers that they previously ordered on the ePlus platform, and the area to access the platform will remain the same.
Note that the ePlus platform will be available until the evening of May 29. The official transition to GHX Marketplace will begin at 3 a.m. on May 30 and is expected to be available by 6 a.m.
Users who experience problems connecting should submit a Pegasus ticket. If users have questions about ordering particular products, contact workdaypurchaseservices@vumc.org
