Vanderbilt Health has been proud to partner with Williamson Health for more than a decade in delivering a wide variety of adult and pediatric services, and in the immediate term we look forward to continuing our current joint operations, including our pediatric ED and inpatient services, as conversations with Williamson Health evolve. We will continue to provide Williamson County residents with convenient access to world-class expertise and integrated primary and specialty care regardless of the outcome from the hospital sale process.

Vanderbilt Health already has approximately 20 adult and pediatric specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and imaging facilities located throughout Williamson and Maury Counties. As announced last year, we have secured the former AT&T property on Franklin Road in Brentwood, a 350,000-square-foot facility that is comparable to the space we occupy at Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks. We are developing this anchor site to offer a complementary and broad range of convenient specialty services for patients living in these growing communities.

In addition, we continue to grow regional community-focused services with the recent addition of Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital and a large ambulatory surgery center under construction at One Hundred Oaks. We will break ground in Murfreesboro on the Vanderbilt Rutherford County hospital in 2027.
