Physicians and medical trainees from Vanderbilt Health are invited to register for an upcoming continuting medical education (CME) event, “Cultivating Food & Health: Medicine Rooted in Regeneration.” This is a 1.5 day, on-farm CME immersive experience on Sept. 11-12 at Caney Fork Farms in Carthage, Tennessee.
