Quality, Safety and Risk Prevention is observing Falls Prevention Awareness Week across Vanderbilt Health Sept. 21-25. This annual observance is part of a nationwide effort to raise awareness about fall prevention and to highlight the important role every member of the health care team plays in keeping patients safe. Activities throughout the week are designed to increase awareness of fall risk factors, prevention strategies and best practices that help reduce patient harm. https://vumc365.sharepoint.com/sites/quality-safety-risk-prevention/SitePages/Events.aspx
