Thursday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m., CDT, Vanderbilt LifeFlight will play an integral role in the plot of this week’s episode of ABC’s ‘9-1-1 Nashville.’

The popular dramatic TV series, now in its second season, is filmed in Nashville and portrays the personal and professional lives of the city’s firefighters, paramedics and police officers working at fictional Station 113 as they handle high-stakes emergencies.

As part of the production for the series’ episode airing this week, members of Vanderbilt LifeFlight, as well as one of the program’s state-of-the-art aircraft, were filmed on two dates in September at Vanderbilt University Hospital.

‘9-1-1 Nashville’ airs locally on ABC affiliate WKRN and is available on ABC.com, Hulu, Disney+ and on other streaming platforms.  More information about 9-1-1 Nashville is available here.
