Robert Ossoff, M.D., was elected president-elect of the American Laryngological, Rhinological and Otological Society, also known as the Triological Society, at its recent annual meeting.

Ossoff will become president following the 2011 annual meeting and will serve through the society's annual meeting in 2012.
Ossoff has served as a member of the executive council and coordinator for continuing education for five years.
The mission of the Triological Society is to assist physicians and other health care professionals in maintaining and enhancing their knowledge of and skills in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in pursuit of improved patient care.
