OPA Feedback entry changes (formerly known as BPAs)

Why: Epic now has a feature to allow more efficient collection of OurPractice Advisory (OPA) feedback. Feedback from customers is important for the maintenance and success of our OPAs.

What: The OPA feedback feature will transition from ‘faces’ icons to ‘thumbs up’ and ‘thumbs-down’ icons.

When: Jan. 15
