Vanderbilt Health invites you to the next installment of the On the Horizon Town Hall Series, “Research IT: From Infrastructure to Innovation,” with presentations by Laura Bagus, Chief Information and Technology Officer; Chris Marko, Executive Director of Research IT; Susan Meyn, Associate Vice President for Research Resources; and Lashawn Shaw, Principal Relationship Manager for Research IT.
Learn how Research IT is strengthening the technology and infrastructure that support discovery across Vanderbilt. During this town hall, you will hear updates on current infrastructure and data center initiatives, server and hosting options, the Research IT HUB and intranet resources, secure data management for researchers, the new local high-performance computing environment, power and capacity planning, and emerging AI tools for the research community.
Presentations will be followed by a live Q&A session, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with speakers and additional panelists.
