Today’s Cat of the Day is Boogers, submitted by Ashton Arnold of Molecular Diagnostics. “We adopted Boogers from a rescue in Clarksville when she was only 8 weeks old. Whenever Boogs was a baby, she would get food ALL over her nose and face. Even during litter box training, she would somehow get litter up her nose. We struggled calling her by her rescued name (Murphy) since her nickname Boogers fit her so well.”

Today’s Dog of the Day is Beau, submitted by Terry Stutts of the Vanderbilt Eye Institute. “Beau on the lookout.”

Boogers and Beau were featured in the Aug. 13, 2026, edition of MyVUMC News.
