Sibol, currently Enterprise Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Advocate Health, will begin her role Nov. 1.

As VP/Chief Pediatric Enterprise Strategy Officer, Sibol will play a key leadership role in shaping and advancing Monroe Carell’s long-term vision around growth and programming. She will also work closely with Vanderbilt Health’s business development team under David Posch, MA, Senior Vice President for Business Consulting, ensuring alignment between the children’s enterprise and Vanderbilt Health.

“Nicole brings a unique combination of strategic expertise and operational insight that will be invaluable as we define the future of pediatric health care at Monroe Carell,” said Jamie Phillips, MHA, President of Monroe Carell. “She has a proven ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful partnerships that translate vision into action. We are thrilled to welcome her to our team.”

Sibol brings more than a decade of experience in strategic planning, business development, analytics and organizational transformation. In her role as Enterprise Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Advocate Health, she’s led planning, strategy and growth efforts across clinical service lines. Prior to Advocate Health, she held senior leadership positions with Rush University System for Health and Presence Health, overseeing large-scale growth and transformation initiatives that strengthened organizational performance and expanded access to care.

As a member of the Monroe Carell executive leadership team, Sibol will work across Monroe Carell to advance key priorities, helping expand services and contribute to the organization’s growth.

“I’m incredibly honored to join an organization with such a distinguished legacy of clinical excellence and commitment to children and families,” Sibol said. “It’s a privilege to build on that strong foundation and help shape the next chapter — expanding our reach, advancing the pediatric enterprise and ensuring that even more children and families can benefit from the exceptional care at Monroe Carell.”

Originally from the Midwest, Sibol relocated to Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, pickleball and active involvement in her church community.
