Feb. 8, 2018—If you think you have the flu, making decisions about whether to seek care is as easy as asking Alexa. Vanderbilt’s Flu Tool, an online resource that uses a series of questions to help patients determine if they or a family member may have the flu, has now been adapted for use with Alexa, Amazon’s cloud-based voice service.

New pedestrian bridge next step in MCE makeover

Nov. 2, 2017—Later this fall, a new three-floor pedestrian bridge will be installed connecting the North Tower of Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital (VUAH) to Medical Center East (MCE)-North Tower. The new bridge will connect the two buildings on the sixth, seventh and eighth floors.
