Lee Ann Liska, MBA, Chief Operating Officer and Interim Hospital President of Vanderbilt University Hospital, has been chosen to serve as the hospital’s president.

Vanderbilt Health’s Adult Ambulatory clinics have a new Suicide Ideation Response Plan that will provide clinicians and staff with additional resources to provide appropriate care for patients who are identified as thinking about or planning suicide.

Three Vanderbilt hospitals have been recognized by the Leapfrog group as among the safest in the United States. Vanderbilt University Hospital (VUH), Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital (VBH) and Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) all received a fall 2023 safety grade of “A.”
