Distinguished Vanderbilt complex litigation scholar Richard Nagareda dies

Richard Nagareda, the David Daniels Allen Professor of Law and director of the Cecil D. Branstetter Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program at Vanderbilt University Law School, died at his home on Friday, Oct. 8. He was 47. Memorial arrangements are pending.
