Patient undergoes novel therapy to treat pancreatic cancer

Maudean Armour of Clarksville, Tennessee, is the first patient in Tennessee to undergo intraoperative radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer — a new technology that targets any remaining cancer cells with electrons during surgery.
